We currently deliver products across India. If your location is outside our delivery areas, we regret that we cannot process your order at this time. You can contact our customer service team to check if we can accommodate your location in the future.
2. Shipping Charges
The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout, and you can review them before completing your purchase.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
3. Shipping Partners
Dharti Beej partners with trusted logistics providers to ensure that your products are delivered safely and on time. We work with well-established courier services that have a wide distribution network across India to handle your orders efficiently.
4. Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time for your order will be displayed at checkout based on your location and the availability of the products. While we aim to deliver products within the stipulated time, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as:
Unforeseen delays from our shipping partners
Adverse weather conditions
Government restrictions or regulations
High demand periods such as holidays or sales events
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
Metro cities: 3-5 business days
Other cities and towns: 5-7 business days
Rural areas: 7-10 business days

5. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Any
orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.
6. Tracking Your Order
After your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order on the courier's website. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
7. Address Accuracy
To ensure prompt delivery of your order, please provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout. This includes:
Full name
Complete shipping address with pin code
Contact number
Dharti Beej is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
In the event that the courier service is unable to deliver the order after multiple attempts (due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, etc.), the package will be returned to Dharti Beej. You may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order or to cover the cost of returning the shipment.
9. International Shipping
Currently, Dharti Beej does not offer international shipping. We only ship products within India. However, we are constantly working to expand our shipping services and may introduce international shipping in the future.
10. Shipping Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, certain circumstances that are beyond our control may result in delayed shipping. These include:
Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
Political disturbances or strikes
Public health emergencies (pandemics)
Any other unforeseen event that disrupts logistics services
In such cases, we will notify you of any delays, and you can track your order's status through the provided tracking number.
11. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Dharti Beej ensures that all products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. However, if you receive a damaged package or if your shipment is lost in transit:
Damaged Packages: If the package or product is visibly damaged upon receipt, do not accept the delivery. Please contact our customer support team immediately with evidence (photos) of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages: If your package is not delivered within the expected timeframe and the tracking number shows no movement, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We will work with the courier service to locate the shipment or arrange for a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
